This painting shows the fireworks display on Canada Day in Wingham, Ontario, Canada. I was showing the Canada 150 paintings to friends. When I came to this painting, I said, "That's Wingham." My friend said, "Of course! Wingham is a party town."
I'm an artist from Kitchener, Ontario. I like to create art that is uplifting and positive--paintings that have meaning for the owners-- portraits of people they know and love, and of places they�ve been to or hope to visit one day. I paint landscapes, portraits, florals, and still life.
